About Copperleaf Homeowner's Association
Copperleaf Homeowners Association is located in unincorporated Arapahoe County. The community development is planned to contain as many as 2,369 single family detached homes at buildout. There may also be approximately 603 multi-family units and approximately 1,596 Town Centre units. The development is generally located at the southeast corner of S. Picadilly Road and E. Association members pay a semi-annual assessment which includes weekly curbside trash pickup and recycling service. Assessments also pay for the following expenses: landscape maintenance, The Arboretum Pool and Clubhouse, water for the common elements, liability insurance for the common areas, Director's & Officer's insurance, professional management, legal fees, electric for the common elements, snow removal on selected perimeter sidewalks, and reserves.
